Indecent Exposure
I have handled many indecent exposure cases over the years and most arrests are a result of sting operations. Stings are set up several times a year that specifically targets the homosexual community. Usually it occurs in park areas where an undercover police officer targets a suspect. Many of my clients have felt set-up or entrapped by law enforcement. In fact, many straight citizens fall victim to these traps. However, they do not want a public legal battle over their situation. I fully understand that most clients want to keep their private lives, just that private. I know how to take care of these matters in a fast and efficient matter so that the client’s life is not turned upside down and their record remains clean.
